Our daughter Eleanor has been part of this Butterfly journey from the beginning. She made her first recording when she was 2, when she sang a solo chorus of the Rainbow Song which appeared as a hidden track at the end of the Wherever I Go CD.
Thankfully she also inherited her mother's artistic skill. Eleanor already has a diploma from UTS and is currently doing a Bachelor of Design and Communication through CSU. And now she works part time with us!
Here are her first two offerings:
Forward In Faith by Andrew Chinn, illustrated by Eleanor Chinn (Recessional, St Thomas, Saints)
One in my series of saint songs, this one being based on the life of St Thomas the Apostle. The three verses of the song take scriptural inspiration from the various stages of Thomas’s life in the Gospels and New Testament. Each verse attempts to make a link as to how we are called to respond in the way St Thomas did.

Our Lady Of The Way by Andrew Chinn (Mary's journey, Micah 6, service)
Each verse of this song is divided into two parts. The first half tells Mary’s story and in the second we are called to respond to Mary’s example of love, humility and justice so that we like Mary can “show the way”. The chorus is written in a similar call and response manner.
